Product Update: AI Insights, UCP Preview & More

We’ve been working and building and I wanted to take a second to share some progress.

Published August 2025 and will take about 3 minutes to read

For this product update installment I’d like to share what we’ve been up to for the past several weeks at Boostie.

AI insights out of beta

We’ve been exploring reasoning behind scoring since we launched Boostie Apply late last year. Why did a person get a ‘Very Strong’ fit while another just ‘Strong’?

A score is one thing, but digging to the why is another. Our AI insights panel includes more context on what the base LLM ‘sees’ when assessing one candidate to another.

Now, along with raw job application info, fit score and fraud detection – we show reasoning on scoring: positives, negatives and overall assessment.

This is where it gets cool. What if the job requires a person who has worked the night shift, but, we didn’t ask that specific question. Our AI will look for key requirements and use those in the reasoning for a specific applicant. Just another way to use unstructured information into broader reasoning.

Bullhorn ATS additions

We are making it very fast for recruiters to assess, disposition and take actions on new applicants.

With the Boostie tab on the BH job record, you can now scrub through applicants quickly, change submission status and soon be able to invoke Actions like adding notes, sending email, add to tearsheet and more.

We’re meeting recruiters where they are and fitting into their workflow without unnecessary disruption.

Universal candidate profile (UCP) preview

We really want to make it easier for candidates to have a central hub to manage their ideal work scenario, their job applications and their marketing preferences without needing to log into n number of client websites.

And we want to provide our customers with a way to make it easy on candidates to guide their work preferences and receive relevant job matches without needing to be bound to Linkedin or Indeed.

Our UCP is just that; a central hub for candidates to stay on top of their applications, preferences and personal info. Similar to an e-commerce wallet (think shop.app) the UCP will be used to quickly apply to more relevant Boostie customer jobs, avoid repetitive question answers and control their job marketing settings.
