Wanted to break in with a mini-update we’re excited about: Talent Pools.

For most teams, the ATS has become a bit of a black box. There are thousands of candidates, but no real way to see what’s inside without building out complex lists for every category…and then trying to understand how engaged those lists actually are.

We’re taking a big step in changing this.

Boostie’s new Talent Pool feature automatically organizes your existing ATS data along with new website conversions into your individual category ontology. We use the same language you use to define roles, locations, skill types, seniority etc…

No endless lists. No messy tags. Just a structure that mirrors how you already think about talent.

This results in a lot of clarity.

A top-down view normalized for admins and execs with dynamic segments that Boostie automatically uses in workflows and to re-engage candidates.

I’ve seen a lot of static lists and spreadsheets that are ‘talent pools’, but they have a very short shelf life. Boostie talent pools are living segments that updates as your data evolves and grows.

This help visualize engagement and will soon be used to understand gaps in talent (with a way to fill them without spending more dollars on job boards).

Segmentation isn’t sexy, but is’ the groundwork for all future marketing efforts.
