How BridgeView uses Boostie

Like many IT staffing agencies, BridgeView suspected they had a problem with the integrity of applicants from external sources and their website. The problem? there just wasn't a good way to know for certain.

BridgeView originally implemented Boostie Apply to understand the fit of people applying. However, they quickly discovered a large percentage of applicants were simply ineligible and wasting valuable recruiter time.

On average, they see about 40% of applicants ineligible due to being out of the country, spam/bots/fakes or simply knocked out based on a question response.

The results have been less time wasted phone screening candidates that weren't eligible to begin with and having a faster way to work through the Bullhorn submission process.

Kicking the job board habit

BridgeView made the effort a few years ago to reduce their dependence on job boards and leverage their brand and website traffic. The combination of Boostie Apply and Capture has resulted in more known people entering their talent pools for future job matching.

And now, when using external posts on Linkedin, they use the Boostie direct apply links to funnel those applicants through. This results in less noise from the boards and makes the prescreening question process consistent for everyone, regardless of source.
