How Top Stack uses Boostie

When Focus first engaged Boostie, it was for our Advisory services, but we quickly discovered their ATS data was hiding a bunch of past applicants; they just didn't know how to leverage them.

With Boostie, Focus GTS now has a line of sight into their ATS talent via the talent pools feature.

They can see what categories are active, cooling or unengaged and see which people are in each bucket.

From there Boostie's match and messaging system takes over. We automatically match talent to new or existing roles and invite those ATS contacts to apply.

Speaking of apply, using Boostie's Apply product, Focus now funnels all applicants through a lightweight prescreen to discover fit for a specific role, gather updated candidate information and block fakes and bots from entering their system.

This results in cleaner data to build upon and a normalized way for them to collect the same information from applicants regardless of the source. Focus uses Linkedin for some of their job postings, so managing questions in one place while collecting application information has been a time saver for their team.

This has resulted in more placements from existing data and better data quality for the Focus team.
