Top Stack was trying to speed up the candidate screening and assessment process. They have job openings that span many professional segments and needed an efficient way to collect relevant information, identify top applicants and reduce bots and fakes from entering their ATS. They also post externally to Linkedin, ZipRecruiter and others and needed a way to pull all of those candidate leads into their ATS.
Solution

How Top Stack uses Boostie
Using Boostie, the team at Top Stack has transformed their marketing approach by leveraging internal ATS talent, website traffic and external job postings.
First, Boostie was used to build talent pools unique to Top Stack - a professional firm with many roles open in different functional areas. From there, Boostie automatically matches and engages talent and invites them to apply to matching roles.
